SHIPPING TIME

Monday - ThursdayOrders placed before 4.00pm will be sent the same day
FridayOrders placed before 4.00pm will be received on the next working day.
Orders placed after 4.00pm on Friday, on weekends or on bank holidays are shipped the next working day.

Returns

All returns are free of charge.

For customers from the Republic of Ireland:

Return sticker is attached to the package. You only need to deliver it to your local GLS depot which can be find HERE. Simply peel off the returns label and attach it to the front of your packet. You can return an item within 30 days of receipt for a refund. 

For customers from outside Republic of Ireland:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and need to return, we're here to help. Please contact us via the CONTACT FORM to arrange return.

WHAT PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED?

ANY items(s) purchased online. Please note that all returned items must be in their original unopened packaging with all labels and tags still attached.

EXCLUSIONS

Due to hygiene certain items can't be returned unless faulty, unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality. All goods will be inspected on return and the decision to refund will be notified to you.

The following are exempt refund:

  • Any opened item of Hosiery 
  • Any item of lingerie opened that has been removed from original packaging, tags and stickers removed.
  • Sale items are excluded from Refund. 
  • We do not accept returned items that have been soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour.
  • Items returned after 30 days from receipt are not eligible for a refund.

Returned goods we receive which do not meet the above criteria in relation to being in their original condition will be considered as ‘In Dispute’. In Dispute products will not be refunded. A reason will be given as to why the product is In Dispute and we are happy to re-ship such In Dispute items back to you, at your cost, otherwise they will be disposed of after 30 days from their receipt back to us. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please allow up to 10 working days after we receive the goods for the refund to be credited to your bank account.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer an exchange. All items returned within the correct criteria will receive a refund. 

If you need an item in a different size or colour simply place a new order.
