I’ve forgotten to use my discount code, what can I do?
Unfortunately, we can’t apply a discount code after an order has been processed. You can keep this code until it expires and use it on another purchase.
How long will my order take?
We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday (excepted Saturdays & Sundays) at 4.30pm. This means that all orders received before 4.00 pm are sent out the same day. Standard delivery is GLS service and normally takes 2-3 days, depending on the country. Delays in delivery are possible due to situations such as pre-Christmas time or weather conditions. We will always inform you if there is any delay in dispatch.
I haven't received my order, what should I do?
Our company cooperates with GLS and we always offer our clients a shipment with a tracking number. It does not really happen that tehy get lost, but if this is the case, after checking, please, contact us via the contact form on our website.
Are your sizes big or small fitting?
We try to ensure our products are true to size, but if you are in between sizes, we recommend you choose the larger of the two. Please see our size guide, under each product, for more details.
I saw that my size is sold out, and I would love to have this product, what can I do?
Our products are sold out rather quickly, of course we try to fill in the gaps. You can use the option "ask for different size" and fill out the form.
Why is my discount code not working?
Please, check that the discount code you are using is applicable to the product you have in your basket, for example, discount codes won’t always give further discounts to items already in the sale section or make sure the code is not expired.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email. Just send us an email at email@example.com. Please note, orders are processed every day so if your product has already been sent, just send it back and we will issue you with a refund.
I entered the wrong email address when I placed my order, can I change it?
Unfortunately, we can’t change your email address once your order has been placed, but our customer care team can send you your tracking details if you let them know what’s happened: Info@luxuryrose.ie
I ordered one thing and received something different!
Occasionally mistakes happen, and we apologise if this has happened to you. Don't worry though, send us an email and we'll have it sorted, normally the same day. We will require the wrong item to be returned. Please, contact us by email first and we will do our best to solve the problem to your satisfaction.
I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, you can change your shipping address, just email our customer care team: firstname.lastname@example.org It's important to let us know as soon as possible.
I’ve placed an order but I’d like to add more items to it, without paying additional shipping? (for people from outside the Republic of Ireland)
if you have not received a shipping confirmation email, just place a new order then email our team: email@example.com We will then add this to your original order and refund the second shipping charge.
