If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and need to return, we're here to help. Please contact us via the CONTACT FORM to arrange courier.
In some locations, the courier service is difficult, so a return sticker is included with the package. You just need to deliver your package to your local GLS depot which can be find HERE. Simply peel off the returns label and attach it to the front of your packet. You can return an item within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
ANY items(s) purchased online. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging with all labels and tags still attached.
Due to hygiene certain items can't be returned unless faulty, unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality. All goods will be inspected on return and the decision to refund will be notified to you.
The following are exempt refund:
Returned goods we receive which do not meet the above criteria in relation to being in their original condition will be considered as ‘In Dispute’. In Dispute products will not be refunded. A reason will be given as to why the product is In Dispute and we are happy to re-ship such In Dispute items back to you, at your cost, otherwise they will be disposed of after 30 days from their receipt back to us. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please allow up to 10 working days after we receive the goods for the refund to be credited to your bank account.
We do not offer an exchange. All items returned within the correct time frame will receive a refund. If you need an item in a different size or colour simply place a new order.
